Yes viniyog you can be read on bed itself. If you find difficult using karmala ,use any mala like sphatik mala or khadga mala.But use that mala only for this particular sadhana.Gurudev has not mentioned any mala for this sadhana which is taken from the book " Mantra Rahasya "

Sir can we eat food or we have to keep a fast from morning to night and then do the Sadhana
you can follow normal vegetarian food routine
How ever take less quantity while doing sadhana
