Ma Tara devi is worshipped in three forms -- Neel saraswathi,Ugra Tara and Ekjatta.Tara devi grants knowledge and wealth.She is called Tarnevaali ,one who takes the sadhak across the ocean of life.

You can do this during Navratri time or start this on any Sunday night.
At night ,take bath ,wear red clothes and guru chadar and sit on a red woolen aasan facing South. Place a wooden plate in front of you ,cover with red cloth.Then place Tara yantra upon it. Wash yantra with water.Then wash Tara vatsanaabh with water,wipe with a cloth and place it near the yantra.Offer akshath on the Yantra.
Then make seven mounds of ashtagandh in front of you ,and on the fourth mound place an oil lamp .Place agarbathi on your right side.
This is a six day sadhana to be done only at night
With black hakeek mala chant 101 malas of the following mantra
" AYEIM AUM HREEM STREEM HUM PHAT "
You can complete this mantra-jaap of 101 malas in 3 hours.

On the sixth day when Maa Tara appears in front of you ask boon that She provide gold daily and fulfill all material requirements
Thus you will achieve one Mahavidhya Siddhi which is a great achievement.You may not achieve complete success in the first attempt,so keep trying till you achieve .Remember, SADHANA NEVER GOES WASTE .IT IS LIKE CLIMBING UP STAIRCASE. EACH TIME YOU CLIMB ONE STEP NEAR TO YOUR GOAL.

@Abid Ali -- There are cases where sadhak got success to some amount in such sadhana without taking Gurudiksha.But the success rate will be comparitively less.Worship Tara devi as your mother.Mother will always take care of her child.This bhaav of treating the devi as your mother will give positive results.Gurudev is the source of all power without whom no success is possible.Wishing you all the best.

Dear Gurubhai, Is tantrokt method safe for those who have taken diksha? Do we have to take special permission from guru for this? Also, in tantrokt method, is Om pronounced Aung or is it Ong.Also is hum or hoong the correct syllable?There is another mantra of Maa Tara namely: "Om Tara Turi Swaha" Is this also as powerful as the tantrokth mantra? Enlightened Yogis suggest to keep mala above the stomach area as below body is considered ashudh or unsacred, index finger emits energy which can interfere with the mantra vibrations, while performing Dhyan or meditation in yog mudra the index finger keeps touching the thumb to stop wastage of praan or energy, also yogis suggest index finger shudnt touch ur eyes while doing pranayam etc as its energy can harm the delicate eyes

I think only mantra is sufficient as Tara us vama marg so you should establish a bhairavi in your mind that is called bhav purush then so chanting only chanting is going to help .mala is just way of counting seems no logic at all

Also i have to be alone during every night doing 101 mala every night i have to paint room pink and every material used in sadhana should be pink.
