A.Ordinary
While in this stage the medium finds it beyond himself to open eyes.Gradually his hands and legs go out of his control. He does not know what he is doing and what his state of being is.
B.Medium
This stage put the medium to a deeper hypnotic sleep. While his capacity to receive suggestions remain very limited, his inner mind is receptive to all orders place on it.
C.Unconscious
This stage marks the deepest hypnotic sleep the medium graduates to,This is the ultimate stage,a rounded one. In this stage the medium loses all control over himself and he simply follows whatever he is told to do,He feels himself totally at the disposal of the hypnotist. In the U.S and Europe, surgical operations are conducted following this method. However, there are instances ,where this third stage of hypnosis is misused and the subject is made to do crimes by giving hypnotic orders. It is only in the third stage that one can be suggested to commit crimes, which is not possible in the earlier stages.
