Sun is a great source of not just light,but Vitamin-D as well.Vitamin-D is useful for bones and whole body development.Vitamin-D is useful in the treatment and prevention of diseases like Diabetes,high blood pressure and Multiple sclerosis.
Vitamin-D deficiency leads to weak bones of waist,legs etc for the old-aged. Deficiency of Vitamin-D in blood causes memory loss.It causes Heart disease as well.
