ACUPRESSURE

Our ancestors identified Prana energy in human body and mind, modern science calls it bio energy. In Ancient times buddha Sanyasis had to travel to far lands to spread their religion and sciences. These monks developed what is known as jujutsu in Japanese language (yuyutse) and Judo in English. Accupressure also is an element in this order which is basically a part of acupuncture. The Prana Which flows through the body which is known as Chi in Chinese language and Ki in Japanese language is studied and understood in this art

In India people does ear piercing in young Age for wearing ornaments and knowingly or unknowingly this acts like accupressure as well. Acupressure works on the principle of Reflexology ,according to this theory in our  human body different regions have reflections of different organs. Understanding and putting pressure upon which will result in disease cure.

In human body the blood vessels ends normally on palm and feet,so accupressure uses these two regions for curing the disease.

In Acupressure first of all hand and feet are washed with soap and dried using towel, then the type of the disease is found out. Acupressure chart is available which shows the specific bindu or marma on foot and hand. Before doing Acupressure do intense inhale and exhale breathing and then breath is made slow for 5-10 minutes finally it is brought on normal level; now apply pressure on foot tip using thumb ,if patient is OK then apply pressure using round substance similarly like we apply pressure using a pen or you can use a jimmy which is available in medical stores. Pressure should be applied first on right hand or right foot then on left side. On one point apply pressure for 10 seconds to 1 minute and complete procedure should not take more than half an hour. Acupressure should not be done in empty stomach or immediately after food. Many Diseases like Depression,Amnesia,High blood pressure,Migraine,Back pain and Sciatica pain can be cured using Acupressure by applying pressure on some of these points.
