Vedas are created by Brahma ,Tantra is from Shiva
Shiva initially taught tantra as Shruti
Tantra siddhi will not happen till sadhak does samarpan with devotion at the feet of Sadhguru
Tantra in wrong hands results in misuse
Tantra cannot be made siddh by taking from Internet or books,that gives just an overall idea
Tantra is mainly Shiv-Parvati samvaad.
Tantra exists everywhere in nature.
First Tantrik in this world is Lord Shiva
