Normal Rithu-kaal for a woman is 16 nights after the day of rajo-darshan .After rajodarshan the
first four nights are nishiddh for garb dhaarann.Ten nights are suitable for conceiving a child.
Garb dhaarann
should happen on 6th,8th,10th,12th 14th&16th night after rajodarshan for
delivery of a boy child.Garb dhaarann
should happen on 5th,7th,9th&15th night after rajodarshan for delivery of a
girl child.11th and 13th
night are nishidh for garb dhaarann.This is the rule as per tatva-drishtaa Manu.
One can also make garbh-dharan happen on auspicious time as suggested by Astrological deductions.
