priya gurubhai, iss mantra k sath aapne vidhi spasht nhi ki, koi yantra ya foto rakhni he saamne, kitni baar mantra jaap karna he? kis muhurt may sadhna shuru kare? plz help

One need to take rogmukthi kayakalp diksha and then chant the mantra 2 mala daily using Arogya mala for 21 days.Timing is earlymorning 5 to 7
