Oatmeal face pack for improving black colour skin face :

• Materials needed : One and half spoon Oat,One spoon water and little milk
• Procedure : Apply Oat powder mixed with water and milk.Wash face with lukewarm water once face gets dry.This makes skin soft,glowing and white in colour.Use it regularly every other day

Herbal powder to remove pimples or acne on face :

• Materials needed : Two spoon Pudina juice,One spoon lemon juice
• Procedure : Mix both and apply on face.Wash once face gets dry.Do it daily.

If you apply grinded musk-melon ( खरबूजा ) on face and wash after 20 minutes,repeat for few days,pimple will disappear from face fully.

Herbal treatment to get rid of moles on face : 

• Materials needed : One Marigold flower
• Procedure : Take fresh Marigold flower ,grind it and take the juice.Apply juice on moles; wash when dry.Moles will fall themselves.

KAAMAROOPINI KAAMAKHYA SADHANA

In Ancient times,Bhikshuks rebelled against Buddhist religion and started Vajrayan which inluded the Panchmakar rituals.This sect consider Kaam as helpful in Sadhana siddhi and not as an obstruction.Kaamaroopini Kaamakhya sadhana induces Kaayakalp and reinstalls youth using Kaama tatva .Thus Sadhak becomes filled with youth,beauty and magnetism.People who are sad and upset in life gets positive energy and they becomes attractive,energetic and full of youth

Some women who are blessed with beauty does not contain the vigour of youthful energy and madagatva.Some doesnot have beautiful colour .Such women feels inferior at times.Such a woman should take Kaamaroopini Kaamakhya Saundarya Shakti Deeksha from Gurudev and perform Sadhana

KAAMA GAYATRI MANTRA

Meeting of Kamadev and Rati brings freshness and sweetness in life. Everybody may not be handsome and attractive.By doing Kamadev Rati sadhana,sadhak gets complete beauty and vigour in life. Kamadev symbolises Purush shakti and Rati has Sthree shakti.Whatever looks impossible ,attaining that requires Sadhana siddhi.

PUSHPDEHA APSARA SABAR SIDDHI PRAYOG

Nabhi darshana Pushpdeha Apsara becomes siddh fast.This is the only sadhana among Apsara varg which gives success in the first attempt itself.Here is the Sabar siddhi prayog for Pushpdeha Apsara.Worship her as your premika.The Siddh sadhak wont get aged ,he remains young always.

Sabar mantra is fast acting always.This sadhana can be started on any Friday or Pushya nakshatra.It can also be started on first day of Hindu Vikram samvath ,Christian new year or any other new year.

This is one day Sadhana to be started at night.No complicated rituals involved here.Wear beautiful clothes and sit on a good cloth aasan facing North.Keep apsara picture in front of you and light a ghee lamp.Sadhak should wear a rose flower mala or mala of any other flower.

Get Pushpdeha Apsara mala which is special white coloured mala.Each bead is mantra energised and made pranas chethna yukth by Gurudhaam .

Keep Pushpdeha Apsara Yantra in a bowl in front of you.Keep Pushpdeha Apsara mala above the yantra.Now apply scent of Gulaab or Heena on the yantra and mala.
Shower beautiful flower petals on it and using white Apsara mala chant just 21 mala mantra .The deepak should keep burning for complete sadhana time.Sadhak should keep his eyes focused using tratak on Apsara yantra.

Pushpdeha Apsara Sabar Mantra:

।। ॐ आवे आवे शरमाती पुष्पदेहा प्रिया रुप रुप आवे हिलि हिलि मेरो कह्यौ करै,मनचिंतावे,कारज करे वेग सूं आवे,हर खण साथ रहे हिलि हिलि पुष्पदेहा अप्सरा फट् ॐ ।।

On completion of mantra chant, Apsara appears in front of Sadhak/Sadhika in visible or invisible form.When she appears ,put flower mala on her and take promise that "whenever I chant mantra 11 times ,you would appear in front of me and fulfill my wishes".

By performing this sadhana,the sadhak becomes free from all diseases and enjoys full aayu with youthful body and mind.

Such a sadhana should be performed with love and happiness in your mind ,not with sexual desires.This sadhana provides financial progress,protection from diseases,fulfillment of wishes and she gives you guidance in life like a faithful friend.

MRIGAAKSHI APSARA

Mrigaakshi Apsara is called roop garvita.She is extremely beautiful and is the epitome of feminine beauty.

• Start on any Thursday
• Start after sunset 
• Wear yellow silky clothes and apply scent on it
• Choose any direction
• Light ghee lamp
• Write "Ashtt pushpdeha namah" with kumkum on a copper container and place Saundarya chetna yukth apsara yantra on it
• Using Mrigakshi apsara mala chant mantra applying kesar bindi 108 times on yantra
• Repeat sadhana for 7 days

YOGINI SADHANA

Yogini is a divine woman full of love and strength.Yogini sadhana gets siddh easier than apsara sadhana.It is said completeness in tantra sadhanas is not possible without depending on Yogini.She becomes a companion to the sadhak and teaches him intricacies of tantra. Sadhak always remain attracted towards her because of her intense sammohan.That is because Yoginis have full proficiency in Paarad vigyan.They remain ever youthful since they take paarad-bhakshann as per paarad kalp

Her mind has also very good qualites not only physical beauty.Sadhak starts getting quicker success in other sadhanas also due to her help.In Tibet ,Yogini is given prominence to achieve success in higher sadhanas of tantra.
There is a false belief that Yoginis are cruel and dangerous .But the real fact is that Yogini is beautiful by mind and body and has many positive qualities.Her features include intense fair complexion,attractive face,hypnotic eyes and has compassion and love inside her.Special fragrance flows from her body.And when she becomes siddh to the sadhak she interacts like a normal woman to him and the sadhak find difficult to believe what he sees in front of him.In ancient times,as part of 64 tantras ,there was Veenakhya Yogini Tantra.

Start this sadhana on any Friday.Since Yogini is delicate by nature and gets siddh quickly ,complicated tantra rituals are not required .This sadhana needs only Yogini yantra and Yogini mala.At night,sadhak should sit on white aasan cloth facing west and spread a white cloth infront of him.Wear normal cloths,should not wear pants or kameez.

Tell your intention that I wish to make Yogini siddh as premika or lover and I wish rapid progress in the field of tantra..Worship Yogini yantra with flower petals,akshath(unbroken rice),etc

NABHIDARSHANA APSARA SADHANA

This is a one day sadhana.Start sadhana on any Friday night.Some courage and confidence is necessary to siddh this sadhana.If you could not get success in first attempt repeat on coming next Friday.

This has to be done at night.Wear beautiful cloths which fits you ,need not be dhoti itself.Sit facing North. Apply fragrant scent on your dress.Keep two beautiful garlands of rose flowers in front of you.On a silk cloth,keep Nabhidarshana yantra and apply tilak of kesar on it.Keep a Nabhidarshana picture framed behind the yantra. Keep agarbathi and ghee lamp 

Take water in hand and take sankalp
Me, this gotra ,father's name,my name,wish to siddh nabhidarshana apsara as lover,so that she remains in my control for whole life and she should give me prem,anand and aishwarya as a lover.

Chant Mantra using nabhidarshana apsara mala .51 mala mantra should be chanted same night.May be it would take 3 - 4 hours time If you hear sounds of anklets or feel someone touching you ,dont get disturbed.This sadhana becomes easy if you have full concentration of mind.After completion of 51 mala, this Apsara may come and sit near you rubbing shoulder with you.After completion of mantra chant wear apsara mala around your neck Then Nabhidarshana apsara would put the garland kept in front of you around your neck.

This mantra is a secret mantra. Keep the Nabhidarshana apsara mahayantra safe at a secret place inside your home.Place apsara picture in a box.Keep apsara mala also safe so that no one else would use the mala.

Whenever sadhak wishes to call nabhidarshana, keep the yantra infront and chant 1 mala of mantra.Upon further practice yantra and mala would not be needed and just by chanting 100 times apsara would come infront of the sadhak.

RATNAMAALA APSARA SADHANA

Any apsara once become siddh by the sadhak presents her full beauty to him along with all material comforts.Her sadhak gets much more manliness as well.The most important  form among apsaras which presents dhan and dravya to her sadhak is Ratnamaala apsara

As her name suggests She presents dravya,mani,aabhushan and other saundarya-viilaas samigri to the sadhak.This is also sadhana for aakasmik dhan prapthi or unexpected monetary gains.Her form and body reflects the brightness of hundreds of shining pearls so her sadhaks body also gets the same charishma.

Start Ratnamala apsara sadhana on any Friday night .Sadhak needs one ratnamuktha and manimala.Sadhak can select his favorite dress for sadhana and sit facing east and keep ratnamuktha in a container and do pooja of it using itra, chandan,akshath,flowers and agarbathi.Light deepak or lamp if you wish.

Take rest at the same place where you did sadhana that night.This is one day sadhana ,next day do visarjan of sadhana samigri in river.If you can continue chanting mantra daily for next 21 days that is perfect.

You gets desired comforts,materials of pleasure,aishwarya and beauty along with it .This apsara sadhana is specially good for sadhikas (women who perform sadhana).

TILOTHAMA APSARA SADHANA

Tilothama Apsara has an important place among all apsaras as she is pinnacle of divine beauty .Tantrik texts mentions her as the apsara who performs dance in the darbar of Indra.The below tantratmak sadhana would give results when you are having a challenging attitude.Any tantra sadhana when taken as a challenge gives quick results. 

Apsara sadhanas when done with a mindset of appreciating apsara's beauty gives instant results in sadhana.

Sadhak should have apsara yantra made on copper and sfatik mala.Sadhak should wear yellow dress and sit facing east.Write "tilothama" using kesar on yantra and below that write your name and chant 11 mala mantra using sfatik mala

Do visarjan of all sadhana articles in a river after sadhana.Dont disclose your experiences to anybody other than gurudev.Sadhak can chant this mantra daily 1 mala afterwards after sadhana as well.This sadhana gives the sadhak paurush and grihasth sukh

Before sadhana you should take deeksha from Gurudev and repeat the sadhana till you get success.

Apsara Urvashi is famous as the ultimate beauty queen of the universe and a perfected dancer.Her dance is regularly performed in the divine land of Siddhashram,which is considered heaven on earth.

Urvashi made live dance performances on this earth several times.

Guru Gorakhnath made Urvashi appear before thousands of his disciples in Gorakhpur and made her give a live dance performance ,using Urvashi siddhi.

Hardly hundred years back using Urvashi sadhana,Swami Vishuddhanand had made Urvashi perform an enchanting dance in the Navmundi Ashram of Varanasi before the then English Collector Blaesim. The bewitched Collector had remarked - " I have never seen such enchanting beauty in my life and the dance which she presented was simply enrapturing! "

If one intends to feel the real and complete beauty of Urvashi that is definitely possible even today by Urvashi tantra sadhana.

PREM AUR SADHANA

Tantra,Prem and Guru are not for the weak-willed.Sadhana matures fully when done with Prem.The Sadhak starts his or her journey from " I ". The end destination is Parabrahm or Sadhguru.Without Prem complete Kundalini Jaagran is not possible.

Let us try to understand Prem. Any human being has two different aspects - Heart and Head .This is known as Hridaya Paksh and Buddhi Paksh. Usually in a man, Hridaya Paksh is less,while Buddhi Paksh dominates ;On the other hand, women have normally developed Hridaya Paksh.

We notice that women can easily attract anybody.This is because her Hridaya Paksh is developed.In terms of modern science, we can say that a woman's inner and outer mind are more closely connected than in a man. Sammohan is always from the inner mind.This explains her Beauty, Magnetism and potential of Love.

Beauty and love form the essence of life and everyone in the world wishes to experience these two treasures.These are two elements that make life worth it and keep a person feeling youthful and energetic even though one might have crossed one's prime of life.

Most people mistake beauty for physical looks and love for passion.One cannot do much about transforming the way Nature has presented an individual to the world.Even cosmetics do little to make one look much attractive.But there sure are mantras that could instil strange hypnotic magnetism in one's personality that everyone could be drawn towards one like a piece of iron pulled by a magnet.

One particular girl was so disillusioned by her looks and by the way others ignored her that she even tried to commit suicide.Luckily a disciple of Sadgurudev saved her and directed her to the holy feet of the Master who kindly gave her Kamdev Rati diksha and initiated her into this divine Sadhana.And after three months she returned to meet Sadgurudev and thanked him ,nobody could recognize her.She had the same face and same complexion,but an out of the world divine fragrance played on her features and her eyes seemed to pull one towards her and strike a conversation.Although she was not from a very rich family,a very wealthy businessman had proposed to her on his own accord.

This sadhana infuses one with the divine energy of Kaamdev and Rati and thus makes one feel youthful,beautiful,confident and energetic.
This sadhana must be tried on a Friday - the day signifying planet Venus,the star of love and beauty.
At night after 10 pm have a bath and wear yellow clothes.Sit on a yellow mat facing North or East.
Wear some natural fragrance on your clothes.Cover a wooden seat with yellow cloth and on it draw a swastik with vermillion.On it place a picture of Sadgurudev .Worship Sadgurudev by offering vermilion,flowers and rice grains.Light a Ghee lamp and incense.In a copper plate over a mound of rice grains place Ratikaam yantra (amulet)

Take water in right palm and speak thus - I (speak your name) am performing this sadhana for infusion of divinity and beauty in my life.Let the water flow to the floor.Make two marks of vermillion on the Yantra.Offer rice grains and vermillion on the yantra. Then chant one round of Guru mantra.
OM PARAMTATVAAY NARAYANNAY GURUBHYO NAMAHA

There after chant 51 rounds of this Mantra with Anang rosary

                        OM KAAM RATYEI PHAT

After sadhana chant one round of Guru mantra.Wear the yantra (amulet) around your neck for twenty one days.Daily chant the mantra just five round in the morning after having a bath.After twenty one days drop the rosary and Yantra in river or pond.

URVASHI APSARA SADHANA

Apsara sadhana is a soundaryatmak sadhana like that of Yogini,Yakshini,Kinnari and Nagini.Apsara can be considered as your friend and lover .She can also be considered as mother or sister depending on the sadhak/sadhika.She can guide you in life,enchant you,provide you with material benefits and make your life enjoyable and tension-free.She will help you learn higher tantra also.

Urvashi is considered the most beautiful and attractive among Apsaras.There are many stories regarding the Apsaras in our Purans.Below given is a sadhana for getting apsara siddhi .

Apsara yantra and mala is used in this sadhana.This can be started on any Friday night .Apply sugandh-dravya like Gulab jal or scent all over your body

Then chant 5 mala daily of the below given mantra

OM KLEEM SHREEM URVASHI AAGACHA AAGACHA SHREEM KLEEM PHAT
       
You can chant 21 mala on Fridays
Apsara sadhana can be easy also difficult also depending on the sadhak
Before commencing the sadhana the sadhak should take Urvashi diksha from Parampoojya Gurudev
Urvashi sadhana can be done by any man or woman.She comes to earth attracted towards love inside human mind
