--- BREATHING PRESSURE IS VERY LESS
--- DO FOR 5 MINUTES INITIALLY
--- ONCE YOU CAN STAY FOR 32 MINUTES YOU HAVE CROSSED THE FOURTH STAGE
--- YOU WILL NOT HEAR OUTSIDE NOISE AFTER SOME PRACTICE

7. SEVENTH STAGE TOWARDS SAMAADHI
