Anulom vilom is one among them
For example the mantra OM HROUM JOOM SAH
For anulom vilom it should be chanted as OM HROUM JOOM SAH SAH JOOM HROUM OM
One mala should be chanted this way during the sadhana process.This helps in getting mantra siddhi faster by energising the mantra

Can this technique applied mantra like OM NAMAH SHIVA & OM NAMO NARAYANAAYA , soham shiva hamsa shiva . Pleace tell me this mantra in Anulom vilom technique to get clear idea of this technique .
