Maheshvari Tantra is written by Lord Shiva in poetic form which teaches us about the shatt karmas.One among them is Maaran.Shatru badha nivaran basically comes under maaran vidhya.Maaran does not mean killing the enemy ,but making him devoid of mool tatvas in life -lakshmi, buddhi, vriddhi or sammaan.Then the person is as good as dead.Lord Shiva says Maaran prayog should not be done without reason,otherwise it negatively effects the person who did it.
The prayog is done when
- Enemy has forcefully taken away your money
- Enemy has trapped you in court cases
- Enemy has caused disrespect to you in the society
In such cases, we should destroy problems and enemies in our life by maaran prayog
