Nataraj Shiva has both love and anger in his eyes. Krodh or anger should be constructive, like when Vishwamitra became angry he created parallel universe. Anger and compassion are opposite sides of the same coin.Without Anger, karuna or compassion is considered as mere sentiments.
The highest form of Shiv sadhana is Mahakaal sadhana.The secret of Mahakaal sadhana lies in Nataraj sadhana. Mahakaal Shiva is one who is beyond time and when Shiva becomes angry ,his third eye opens. Dance started from Bhagwan Shiva and hence he is called Nataraj.
So constructive anger means expressing the mental agitation in Sahasraar chakra, without any abusive words, through agya chakra and making changes in nature to make things happen.
