People in this world have three different mental states while doing their karma.
There are people who have tamasic mindset ,who believe getting their work done at any expense ,they are angry by nature
The second case is where person does work following rules.He helps other persons to achieve success as well; He has stature and outlook.
And then the person with Sato gun who does work sincerely, with peace of mind He competes with himself ,and achieves greater success in life.
