This is an important prayog and by doing this one gets success in job interviews and gets the desired job.

He should spread a yellow cloth on a wooden plank and keep "Safaltha Prapthi Yantra" upon it.
Then place " Safalya Mala" upon the yantra and put tilak of Kesar on both mala and yantra.Offer unbroken rice grains(akshath), flowers etc and do poojan and light a lamp of pure ghee along with agarbathi.
After that,chant below given mantra daily ,21 mala
OM HREEM VAAGVAADINI BHAGAVATHI MAM KARYA SIDHIM KARI KARI SWAHA
This prayog is to be done for 11 days then one gets full results
When above mantra is chanted for 11 days ,the mala becomes siddh and gets converted into "Vijay Mala"
After prayog do visarjan of all articles excluding the mala ,like yantra ,flowers etc in a river.
Whenever going for interview wear that mala below your kurtha or shirt and by doing this way one definitely gets success in the interview
