Heavenly nymphs are always available to serve Gods and Godesses in Heaven and fulfill all their needs.They remain youthful forever and all that they can think of,those desires gets fulfilled.However the desires of the people living on the earth remain unfulfilled and thus they remain entangled in their desires only.
Lord Shiva says that People living on earth should perform Sadhana related to Yoginis.These Yoginis if appeased can fulfill all the human desires and thus brings peace and satisfaction in life.He further mentioned that there are eight types of Yoginis as mentioned below.
Each form of the Yogini is worshiped to fulfill different desires of life.Aadhya Vibhoshini form of Yogini is worshipped in three forms; as a sister,mother or a lover.
If worshiped as a sister,she protects the person from any dangers,if worshiped as mother,she blesses him and helps him in all his tasks and if worshiped as a lover,she provides all the worldly pleasures to the person.

Sadhana Procedure:
Hoom Hoom Hreem Aanand Vibhushini Yogini Kritya Hreem Phat
Chant 3 rounds of the above mantra and sleep in the worship place only.Bring a white colored garland on the third Monday if the Yogini is worshiped as sister or mother,else bring red rose garland.Put it around the neck of the Yogini when she appears before you after the Sadhana.The Sadhak should make her vow to always help him and come to the rescue whenever needed.
If Yogini is appeased as a lover,then she provides all the worldly pleasures to the accomplished sadhak.She fulfills all his demands and the person starts to live his life with great joy and pleasure.

Sadhana Procedure:
- Sadhana can be started on any Yogini ekadashi or any Monday.Do it on next Five Mondays
- Perform after 9 pm
- Take bath and wear red clothes
- Bring four branches of peepul tree and place it along side your worship place.Place a wooden plank with Red cloth on it.Make a mound of rice grains dyed in red color and place yantra on it
- No need to light lamp here
- Burn loban dhoop and use sandalwood for it
- Do make sure there is sweet fragrance everywhere
- If the person is performing to appease the Yogini in the form of sister,then he should sit in a blessing posture,if in the form of mother,then he should sit as a server and if as a lover,then he should sit with fist closely tied while chanting the mantra
