In the present age, people are not finding enough time to spend on Mantra Sadhanas. We goes to office,spends time for business,earning wealth.So we cant spend time 4 hours daily for Mantra Sadhanas. We are not leading a perfect life here,we are unable to achieve many things in life.Hence Gurudev grants Shaktipath Deeksha in this age,so that Sadhaks can fulfill all their desires in life by getting Sadhana-siddhi easily.
Lord Shiva is Guru in the real sense as per gods.Gods are capable ,but even gods have short comings in their life,but Shiva does not lack anything.He is perfect from all angles of life.Indra worries about losing his throne.But Shiva is complete and one who gets Shiva as guru can achieve everything in life.
