71 HEALTH TIPS FOR YOU

1. After waking up in the morning,take pledge that today you wont insult anybody and wont cause problems to others due to anger.

2. Daily wake up before sun rise.Dont stay awake till late night

3. Daily do exercise.Swimming gives good exercise to body. Atleast once in a week do massaging of your body.

4. Walk at morning and evening.This ensures healthy body with good blood flow



5. Sunlight,fresh air,clear water and hygenic food are essential for good health

6. Doing Yogasan and pranaayam daily makes you healthy and gives long life

7. Healthy mind resides in a healthy body,hence stay healthy

8. Intense light causes damage to eyes

9. While bathing,first pour water on your head and then on other body parts.Water should not be too hot or too cold.Use thick towel after bath 

10.Eat food not for taste,but to stay healthy

11.Water or milk should be taken little by little and not in single gulp

12. Clean teeth very well after food,otherwise tooth decay results

13. Take light and easily digestible food.Too hot foods effects your teeth badly and cause problems in digestion

14. Eat four five Tulsi leaves daily, you wont get fever and other diseases

15. After food take rest during day time and take walk at night

16. Always remain calm and happy.Make the habit of speaking less

18. Apply anjan on eyes daily,then eyes will remain healthy

19. At night immerse one tola Triphala in one cup cold water .At morning, wash your face with this water and drink the rest of it

43. Dont over-exercise or dont do over walking .Do exercise at time of sunrise

45. Dont drink too much water before or after food.Just drink two three gulps during food

46. Drinking cold water immediately after drinking hot milk or hot water makes your teeth weak

47. Dont keep your head towards North or West while sleeping.If you are sitting in intense sunshine,let sunlight fall on your back side,sit that way

48.Every one should have separate clothes,bed,shawl,brush and slippers

50. Eat less of potato,fried food,ghee,salt and rice in your youth

51. Banana,milk,curd and buttermilk should not be taken together at a time

52. After eating Jack-fruit dont take curd and buttermilk

53. Dont take hot spicy foods along with honey.

54. Eating these foods along with milk is bad for health - Salt,sour fruits,curd,oil,mooli,toryei

55. Eating these foods with milk is good - Amla,Misri,cheeni,parval,adarak,sendha namak

56. Taking jackfruit,milk,oil, banana with curd causes many diseases

57. Dont take khichdi with milk and kheer

58. Never keep Ghee in bronze or brass vessels ,it becomes poison like 

59. Dont take honey and ghee in equal quantity,it is harmful

60. Dont read and write for a long period,it causes eye problems.Press fingers on your eyes in between and focus eyes on distant objects for relaxing eyes

61. Dont take immediate bath after walking under hot sun.Wait till your sweat gets dry and then take bath

62. Waking till late night and sleeping long after morning is bad for your eyes as well as body.

63. Taking too faty foods,smoking and non vegetarian foods causes heart diseases and increases cholestrol in blood

64. Do regular exercise and stay healthy.Do Yoga and Pranayam

65. Tobacco,liquor,ganja,charas,afeem etc are more dangerous than poison.It makes you lose health and wealth

66. Go to toilet immediately after waking up in morning,take food on time and sleep on time ,you will stay healthy,intelligent and rich

67. Sit sometime in toilet after food ,this is good for healthy functioning of anus

68. Sit and walk in proper way. While sitting keep spine straight ,dont twist legs while walking

69. Dont expose your body to intense sunlight,rain or cold .This reduces your life span

70. Over crowded places are not good for your health and hygiene

71. A person in deep sleep should not be awakened.
