Hypnosis has 3 levels .After achieving the initial level success,the sadhak should try to get higher level knowledge in hypnotism.When the Sadhak succeeds in 32 minute Surya-Tratak,he achieves the power to take anybody into deeper hypnotic states of second and third level.Please note that one should not perform tratak on bright sun without guidance from an expert,otherwise it will result in damage of your eyes.
