CORPORATE CULTURE

The little birds used to execute their work on time and leave the place after work completion daily.They used to do more work than needed,but they were very happy.



One day the king of jungle ,lion saw birds working without anybody to observe and monitor them.He thought if these birds can work so well without any supervisor,then if I appoint a supervisor, they can work even more.

He appointed cockroach who had 10 years experience as supervisor and he could make excellent work reports.Cockroach came and fixed work-start time,lunch time and work-end time and kept a register of work details.He kept a secretary to type his report.He appointed spider to maintain all work records.

Lion read report given to him by cockroach and felt very happy .He asked cockroach to do production analysis and make graph to present in board meeting.Hence cockroach had to buy a new computer and a laser printer.And in order to maintain IT department he appointed a fly.

The birds who were working peacefully got disturbed and upset by writing these reports plus questioning by cockroach.

Lion decided that now time has come that officer should be appointed at the place where birds work.He appointed a cricket. Cricket came and bought carpet and a.c for his office.Now new boss cricket also needed a computer.He bought new computer and appointed his previous office assistant at his office.

The place where birds works became a difficult place to live,because now people who issues orders were more and people who work were less.Everybody started giving orders at each other and shouting at each other.

After some time cricket informed lion that office team work has gone down and something needs to be done to improve work atmosphere.

When lion did review of the birds department ,he saw that production has gone down drastically.Inorder to improve productivity,lion appointed a famous consultant,owl.

Owl studied bird's department deeply for 3 months and he gave his 1200 page report which stated that there are too many people working for lion.

Now think ,whom did the lion dismiss from work.
the little birds ,right? They used to work perfectly before,but now they had "negative attitude" and lacked "team work and motivation"

That was told by people who did not do the actual work,but just did analysis and paper work extracting more and more work from the little birds.

This is what is called "Corporate culture"
